First, I made Peppermint Bark. This can be made with regular peppermint, but I like to get Red & Green Peppermint Crunch. These are the only two ingredients:
The full recipe for Peppermint Bark can be found here (with pictures of the steps included!).
The other thing I made was Chocolate Peanut Clusters. Again, it takes 10-15 minutes to make these from start to finish, but any chocolate lover you know will ask you to make them again and again!
Here are the three ingredients:
I hope you enjoyed these 2 quick and easy recipes for fabulous Christmas candy! In under 20 minutes, I had completed a recipe of each and packaged them up to share with friends. **I recycled a pie pan, covered it in plastic wrap and added a bow**
Merry Christmas!

Thanks for sharing this, Rose. My grandmother was always in charge of the candy making and this is the first year I have really "missed" that. I'm trying to take up the tradition now. I'll be making both of these. Thanks, girl!

I've just come across your site and am really enjoying everything! I'm wondering how long some of these recipes last. Can I make this now (Halloween) and still have it be good for Christmas?

Thanks for stopping by! I can't say for sure - it never lasts that long at my house, but if I had to guess, I'd say that yes, they'd both last a long time if stored in a sealed container and kept cool. The peppermint might start to get soft and no longer crunch, though. That would be my only concern!
